You will learn the language and encounter the images that are the foundation of the calendar rhythms, the guidelines. Any teaching is really a remembering: your soul experience includes lifetimes in ancient civilizations where the sky was a story, your own body as celestial as the cosmos. Opening to the 13 Moons, the Tzolkin sacred count, is to uncover something you already innately know.

Without this knowledge actively in our mind, our hearts, we in Western Civilization have gotten lost on the path, or come nearly to its end. The prophecy of 2012 as an end point is accurate, but there is time to cultivate a memory of the other way – committed to natural food, natural energy, Natural Time – that regenerates us so deeply we become our own new beginning from the dust of what is already crumbling.

Changing your calendar will change your life, and recharge it with humbling synchronicities and the kind of magic that music makes with its rhythms and harmonies. It will also give you strength, and courage, for challenges you may encounter. It will teach you to trust the present moment as a richly enchanted spell of time, and it will feel like coming into truth, a resonant truth, to connect your mechanized life back to nature, your waking life back to the dreamtime, your daily life to eons backward and forward of communion with the sun, moon and stars.

Yellow Seed Portal Days

From White Electric Worldbridger to Blue Crystal Eagle - or Lunar Moon 9-18 - we are in a ten day portal run. Every day we can expect an intensification of energy, a doorway to open through previous stagnation or obstruction.

We can imagine that we are a seed pod dropping through a hole in soil, falling like Alice through the rabbit hole. We will drop in these days to the soft bottom of damp earth, a suitable place for us to root and ultimately grow back towards sunlight.

Everything we experience in the Yellow Seed portals is in a sense the future we are creating and to revisit when we begin to sprout back to surface light. It's also a time to notice that earlier losses and deaths have composted to make vibrant soil for new nourishment and growth.

The Red Serpent portals on the opposite side of the Tzolkin are so much about sloughing off a dead skin, and enduring the discomfort of being trapped in that which we've outgrown. The Yellow Seed portals are more about the excitement of renewal to come, and grounding ourselves deep in the earth to stabilize ourselves for future fruition and bloom.
